International competition Skate Celje 2019 invites you to common training and coaches seminar

Skating Club Celje will organize it's an annual competition, Skate Celje, between 20th and 24th of November 2019. One of the biggest international figure skating competitions in Slovenia will again welcome skaters from all over Europe to participate in European Criterium competition.

This year Skating Club Celje and Slovene Skating Union will add common training and coaches seminar to the competition week.

Common training will include:

- training by age groups (Chicks, Cubs and Basic Novices ) in the morning and

- afternoon individual conversations with recognized moderators.

Seminars for coaches will contain:

Evening seminars for Coaches with topics as follows:

1/ Spins from difficult entries and Jumps from difficult entries and

2/ Topic of warming up:

• Warming up routine before training and before a competition?
• Periodization of perspective skaters?
