INTERNATIONAL FIGURE SKATING COMPETITION

ASSOCIATED WITH EUROPEAN CRITERIUM 2005/2006

( Celje, November 9^th to 13^th 2005)

Organizer: Skating Club Celje and Slovene Skating Union

Place of competition: Covered Ice Rink (30 x 60 m), not heated

at Mestni park, Partizanska 3a, Celje

Competition level:

International competition is associated in ISU Caleendar 2005/2006 and also associated in European Criterium Tournaments 2005/2006 for Juniors and Youngsters´ categories. Results of the Teams will count for competition of International Trophy of Figure Skating European Criterium.

Entries:

All ISU members and clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated in I.S.U., are invited to take part at the competition. Each member and club can enter 2 competitors in each category (2 males and 2 females). Organizing union and club takes right to enter more competitors. The number of competitors could be reduced in case of more than 30 entries in one category.

Judges: Each invited member or club which has entries in at least two categories can enter one International Judge or Judge for I.S.U. Championships. Full board expenses will be covered by organizer from dinner on November 9th until lunch on November 13th 2005. In case of too many entries, panels of judges will be drawn on October 24th 2005. Written confirmation will be sent to each club by 24^th October 2005 via fax or E-mail.

Deadline for entries: All entries (competitors, judges, team leaders, coaches, other attendants) are expected to be mailed recommended and received at organizer´s address not later then by October 15th 2005. If possible fax or E-mail entries are appreciated.

Expenses: Organizer covers the expenses of competition, awards and presents ; Transfer expenses to and from Celje and accommodation will not be covered by the organizer. Except for invited judges organizer will cover accomodation.

In the case when the member or club entry one Judge, organizer covers the expenses for full board for Team Leader or Coach for the time when Judge to judge.

Music: Music will be reproduced from cassette player with normal speed or CD. Cassettes and CD must be labelled by names of competitors, club and category which they enter. Cassettes must be deliverd immediately after team´s arrival to Organizing Committee.

Accommodation: All participants, except judges, pay the accommodation by themselves. Organizer reserved facilities at :

4/ DIJAŠKI DOM (Youth hostel) where full service is for 25 EUR per person per day. Hostel is only 400m far from the Ice Rink, so shuttle transfers will not be provided.

Accommodation in hotels and Youth hostel must be booked up to 15^th October by each member or club and at the end, paid in the hotel.

5/ DOM SV.JOZEFA ** 35 EUR per person per day (two bed rooms). Dom is 600m far from the Ice Rink on the hill, so shuttle transfers will not be provited. For the Dom Sv. Jozef must be booked up to 15^th October and payed in the Organizing Committee.

Responsibility: In accordance to I.S.U. Regulations, Rule 119, all participants act on their own responsibility. Organizer will provide medical emmergency aid during competition.

Calculation of results: Results will be calculated in accordance to I.SU. Regulations 1998, Rules 353 to 357 (OBO- System).

Awards: The first three best placed competitors in each event will be awarded by special presents, others by diplomas. The best placed team will be awarded by Cup.

Duties: All participating clubs should provide their all best placed competitors to take part at final Ice Show at the end of competition and all present competitors to take part at the Opening Ceremony.

Charges: 30 EUR ( 7200 SIT ) is to be paid for each competitor except Junior at the Registration before the competition.

Others:

1. Office of Organizing Committee will be located at the Ice Rink and will be on disposal from Wednesday, November 9^th and Sunday, November 13^th during the competition and practice time.

2. Participating teams should announce changes in their teams immediately after their arrival to Celje.

3. Celje can be reached by car and train from Vienna, Trieste, Munich, Zagreb and by plane to Airports in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Trieste, Venezia, Wien and Graz. Organizer can arrange transportation from Airports to Celje on the cost of participant team.
