General note: The
competition will be held in accordance with the ISU General Regulations 2004
and Special Regulations Figure Skating 2004 and all pertinent Communications
for Figure Skating.
Participation: Teams of ISU Members.
Each
team may enter four competitors (two ladies, two men) in senior single skating
events; two competitors (two ladies, two men) in each category in single
skating of junior and novice events and four pairs in pair skating.
The
winners (the first three placed) of the ISU Junior Grand Prix Final 2004/2005
or World Junior Championships 2005 are not entering the quota above.
The
Slovene Skating Union and the organizer reserve right to enter additional teams
and additional competitors in each category.
Only
the teams, which enter competitors in at least four categories,
will
qualify for the Team Competition
Judges: Each
ISU Member may nominate one International or ISU Championships Judge. An ISU
Member participating in four or more categories gains the right to enter the
second International or ISU Championships Judge.
Referees: The ISU
Member participating in at least three categories gains the right to nominate
one Referee. The ISU Member participating in all seven categories (one senior
lady, one senior man, one skater and two pairs per category in Junior and
Novice events) gains the right to nominate two Referees.
Closing data
for entries: Entries of the teams, competitors, coaches and team leaders
must reach the organizer not later than on March 31st 2005. Entries
must be sent to the organizer or to the Slovene Skating Union.
The expenses
of the hotel accommodation on full board basis will be covered for one/two
Judges, one/two Referees from each country and for the first three placed of
the Junior Grand Prix Final 2004/2005 or Junior World Championships 2005,
beginning with dinner on Monday, April 11th till breakfast on
Monday, April 18th, 2005.
The
organizer will cover the expenses of full board accommodation for one skater
and one team leader for the same time for the ISU Member participating with six
or more skaters and extra for the third and fourth Junior Pair from the same
ISU Member
Music: Music
will be reproduced strictly from music cassettes at normal speed and Compact
Discs. They must state full name, category and the team.
Accommodation: To facilitate
participation, the organizer has booked the hotel accommodation for all
participants beginning with dinner on Monday, April 11th till
breakfast on Monday, April 18th 2005. Round trip shuttle bus
transfer from hotel to the Ice Hall Podmežakla and Ice Hall Bled will be
provided from the first official practice until Gala Banquet.
Organizer will arrange transportation from Airport
Ljubljana to the official hotel at the arrival of Teams and from the official
hotel to the Airport Ljubljana at the departure of Teams.

well balanced Free Skating program for singles must contain:

Girls and Maximum seven (7) jump elements for Boys, one of which be an Axel
jump and at least one combination of sequence of jumps must be included.
b)
There must be at least three (3) spins
of a different nature, one of which must be a spin combination ( total of ten
(10) revolutions) and one a flying spin ( minimum of five (5) revolutions)
c)
There
must be at least one step or spiral sequence that fully utilizes the ice
surface.

Liability: In
accordance with the ISU Regulations the organizer accept no liability for the damage or
injuries which any of participants, judges, officials or others may suffer.
Results: The results
will be calculated in accordance with ISU Special Regulations Figure Skating
2004 - the “
Calculation of team
Results: In
each team, one best-placed skater and pair in each category will count for the
Team¢s
competition.
v
In
each single skating category, the first placed skater will receive 25 points;
the second placed 23, the third 22 etc.
v
In
each category of pairs the first placed pair will receive 16 points, the second
placed 14, the third 13 points etc.
v
For
calculation of results, the points obtained in each category will be multiplied
by following factors: Junior Pairs 6, Seniors 5, Juniors 3 and Novices 1.
v
The
winner of Triglav Trophy will be the team with the highest amount of points. If
two or more teams obtain the same amount of points, the first place will go to
the team, which has better placed competitors in Junior Pairs.
Awards: Skaters
and pairs placed first to third will be awarded medals and diplomas, all the
others diplomas.
The
best-placed team will receive Triglav Trophy Cup.

Preliminary
schedule of events is enclosed. The final will be published after registration
of all entries. The exact time schedule will be sent to all the participating
ISU members by fax or e-mail not later than on April 8th 2005.

Information: The rate for
a full board accommodation in a double room is max 55 EUR per person daily.
Organizer will reserve the accommodation for all participants from April 11th
